What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, use the cost calculator handoff, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, mobile number, email address if you provide one, locality, property type, the service you need and anything you write in the message field.
We also record technical information about the visit itself, in our own systems rather than a third party's: your IP address, your internet provider or network, the device, operating system and browser you used, an approximate location derived from your IP address (town, region, postcode and timezone — never a precise position), the pages you opened and in what order, and the advertisement or link that brought you here.
We use that to tell a genuine enquiry from an automated one, to know which town an enquiry has come from before we call you, and to know which of our advertisements are worth paying for. It is not sold, and it is not shared with an advertising network. Where analytics or advertising tags are enabled, those tools collect their own aggregate usage data separately.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare and send you a quotation.
- To deliver the service you book, and to invoice for it.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring genuine enquiries.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your number with third-party lead marketplaces.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are recorded in our internal tracking sheet and sent as a notification to our team so someone can call you back promptly. We use standard third-party services — such as Google (Sheets, Analytics), WhatsApp and our payment provider — which process this information on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.

Cookies and analytics
Our own measurement uses two random identifiers stored in your browser for this site alone — one that lasts until you clear your browser data, one that ends when you close the tab. Neither is derived from anything about you or your device, and neither can identify you on any other website.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing at all. You can also block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will still work and your enquiry will still reach us.
Visit records are deleted automatically after about thirteen months. Enquiries are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a question about work we did for you.
