Terms of Service

Quotations are issued after an on-site measurement and are valid for 30 days. Prices are stated per square foot against a defined scope. Where work uncovers conditions not visible at the time of measurement — for example hidden damp, structural cracking or failed substrate — we will stop, inform you and issue a revised quotation for the affected portion before continuing. We do not add such items to the final invoice without your prior approval.

Dates are confirmed in writing. You agree to provide reasonable site access, electricity and water for the duration of the work, and to obtain any resident permissions we cannot obtain on your behalf. Where society rules restrict working hours, timelines are adjusted accordingly.

A booking advance is payable to confirm dates, with the balance payable in stages against agreed milestones and the remainder on completion and joint walkthrough. We accept UPI, bank transfer and card payments via a payment link, and issue a GST invoice.

Warranty periods vary by service and by the material system specified, and are stated on your quotation and invoice. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and in the applied system under normal use. It does not cover damage from structural movement, third-party work, plumbing failures originating outside the treated area, or subsequent alterations by others.

You may cancel before work commences; the booking advance is refundable less any materials already procured to your specification and any non-recoverable mobilisation costs incurred. Once work has commenced, completed stages are chargeable.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We ask permission first, and we never publish identifying details of a property or its occupants. You can decline without it affecting your quotation or service.
